After 15 years of working closely with Alexander Mcqueen, Sarah Burton has a major role to continue McQueen's legacy. Her collections at Paris Fashion Week was phenomenon and she was able to capture a softer & feminine side of McQueen by incorporating his sculpted butterfly dress from the past collection.
The show started out with white canvas tailored suite and it gradually moved to floaty silk dress. Adding over the top details such as feathers, hand painted butterflies, laser cut leaves, and "corn dollie" dress made from wheat grass & corn husks.
Thank you Sarah for the amazing collections and keeping McQueen's legacy alive!
